If I recall, the inventor has changed the connector scheme using the same Positronic connectors but swapped the male and female positions. This just means that the original Bigdog EHC backbone harness is replaced with one having the matching gender to the NEW VERSION module. This was done to keep water running down into the module (facing UP) connectors.

I would venture to say that a M-FM gender changer adapter could be made and used as well.

Not sure if the NEW module to come out will support the EFI bikes or not.

I understand that testing has been very promising.

The price is more because they include the backbone/power harnesses to make it plug-n-play.

It's a reasonable price for all the hardware...if it does what they claim and works well!
