:roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll::roll:Ahhh for fuks sake!!! :loony::loony::loony:
If your read the directions first, you would not be an american.......I ripped my intake apart again, squared up the areas that I ground down to make damn sure it was sitting on the head correctly, put some o-ring sealant and there are no leaks now 100% sure of that. Went up to a 33 int. Jet and now my a/f screw is back to where it should be 1 3/4 turns from seated. ALSO..I never read the directions on how to set my static timing on my ignition, TDC compression stroke on front cylinder and rotate the module until the status light comes on. Damn sometimes you just have to stop and read the fuckin directions. Timing needed to be advanced quite a ways, thanks for all the help guys I've got her dialed in now!!!
Correct.Kinda odd that someone with a piece of Jap crap wants to come on Bigdogbiker and tell all the members how similar the 2 bikes are and how all calibrations between the 2 are in sync as one.
Bike basics. You make no sense to me and I'm sure there are others that wonder what the hell you're talking about.
How come it is all of a sudden about you? You without a manO. Are you the arrogant one? I'm not in every thread. I'm in a thread trying to slow down the fuelGo back to your Jap crap forum and I'm sure you'll impress the shit out of them, but personally, you don't do a damn thing for me.
Who listens to some arrogant no man0wner? Not this recalcitrant. Guys like you do not impress me, but show the others how you got a lot of balls discussing bike tech. You have yet to question any of the FI fundamentals. Show me I'm wrong about the basics as to how to diagnose the sensors, the crank and cam sensors? Pick a bike. It is why you don't see it. You cannot discuss it at this level. You are struggling with throwing more gas at it.You talk of shit no one uses for these bikes, but you say it's not only the best, but the only way to do it right.
steer it from here. If we 7k all sat down, count the arrogant people. See what they do. They sound more confident than arrogant? Big difference. Kind of can't figure out if a car is the best or FI is?You're so damn arrogant!!!!
I would not change a hair on your head, guy. YOu do not impress me one bit. YOu are halfass looking to me. You half man upped. Admitted no man0. The rest of yourantizz for the birds. Focus on the one thing, the OP. You focused on me? I ignored your first rant. Who are you with the, 'you are pretty whatever for a newbee?' Are you the word police? Are you some arrogant piece of shit that runs up to me, demands respect and you do not even own a clown suit like a man0 in the closet. So, I don't even want to know your closet. That is you so are we clear?Come down a thousand.
I'd dig up my slow-mo video of an idle, but you think they are whack videos so who cares. I made them for me anyway.Put your hands on a Big Dog and ride a Big Dog you'll know the only similarity between the two is they both have 2 wheels.
It is like asking me, 'Do you use ivory soap for fuel?" Do you use dutch tulips for valves to keep the compression in? Of course I use the book. Someone didn't read the directions like before they pick up a tool. I can't stop them. Can you?Do you do anything by the book?
Dude, these are subtle racing tricks. I won't say shit of what I know about FI. I can walk up to your BD bike and hack it... BET ME! You don't even have the money for that bet. I can get you there, but you won't listen and really? You think I give a shit? YOur bike is not my problem. Your wallet is not my problem at the gas pump. YOu don't want to listen? Your wallet. If so, read up on S&S Super G and you won't find reference to a manometer to perform any tuning issues.

I don't learn shit from the non-man0's. Not enough hands on to speak. I told you. "No investigation, no write to speak." Take it like a man.If you would just try listening for a change and not always have your own alternative method, you may actually learn something here.
You mean, withe the :loony::loony::loony: ???You may not believe this, but there are some folks in this forum a hell of a lot smarter than you, and several have already to replied to your comments.
That is pretty funny. This is tech, correct? The abstract of Brad's walk is telling. And I am telling you right here and now, I'm not on Brad's case whatsoever. It is nothing personal.I dont' know if the engine is still sucking air but I can tell you this thread is....please admins put an end to our misery and kill this thread
Yoda is stripping the force from us all

With the high flowing heads and your 11+:1 compression your drawing in much more air and fuel. Basically what I think Sven is trying to communicate with his scientific jargon. (reminds me why everyone hates an engineer)So manometer? I've seen them used at work a couple times before. Hook it up to my breather lines I'm assuming? I've done port and polish heads, oversized intake valves, decked heads jugs, 600 cam, daytona twin tech ignition, custom donnie smith 2 into 1 exhaust. I also noticed Ive began to build up some sort of sludge on my intake valve on the rear cylinder and not in the front? What does this mean? Ran a compression test and I'm at 200 psi on both cyl.
Whoooo, hold on. I don't listen to (some) engineers. Basically I said, you think you are getting more air into the cylinder. Well, this is a normally aspirated engine, not a turbo or roots type top fuel blower for a carb? All you changed was a polish. There is no MORE air... I am in the camp of SAME AIR IN ONLY FASTER... Did the event happen. More is is forced air. That is MORE air is when I see a blower on it.With the high flowing heads and your 11+:1 compression your drawing in much more air and fuel. I agree with that opinion. I might be seeing Daylight!!I bet your final result is you end up lowering both jets and turning in the mixture screw to cut more air.
Add some techron to you fuel to clean your exhaust valves which is common build up.
In my opinion
Vince is going to change me? Don't be go putting everyone in front of me. I don't need any visitors about to tell me the watt 4... :roll:Am I the only one who thinks Sven needs to visit Vince?
Ok let me refrain from saying more air, to air/fuel being drawn in faster. So in the same amount of time his motor is moving more a/f.Whoooo, hold on. I don't listen to (some) engineers. And refrain from using a/f. Think of nature returning to atmosphere. No more, no less. It is a balance. And the constant is the 1atmo on the valve close. If not, they would have to change sensors if you change all that modding. So, you are stuck with the constant... N/A that is.Ok let me refrain from saying more air
Only if he changes the jet size will there be more fuel. The air is the same. It only moves faster. The gas pulled is the same. You didn't change any volume or orifice size that shows, 'more.' You didn't change the injection duty cycle to change the a/f.So in the same amount of time his motor is moving more a/f.
Marvin? I don't see anything there but speed enhancers. A Preset of unplugging of parts, adding the same parts is parts. No doubling of the atmosphere. You say all the OP changed was a polish but he actually did much more as he mentioned previously. porting, polish, bigger valves, smaller combustion chamber, close to zero deck height, longer duration cam, custom 2 into 1 exhaust.
That is what I am saying. Forget the other strokes. To add more air, first you fill up the glass of water. Lets use that for an analogy.Basically if you hooked a garden hose to the manifold you could suck a golf ball thru it on the intake stroke, faster.
Just a metaphor, please don't do the math.![]()
Technically no. Sort of a reversengineer wit no schooling but rotating motorcycles and skooling myself the hard way. How hard? So hard, I don't needSo, come on Sven, you an engineer?
viagra to start the day. I get pressure whenever she says whore knee. Now, that's fast! Wait a minute. Am I some punching bag here? Next in line? What I wanted to do was clean the plug up. The rush was the S&S settings and all that. Who was on top of it? I am not a tuner by any means. It takes math. I leave that to them. I'm more a tune up guy.Sul, he's all yours.
I am hands on, in the trenches. My learning curves are literally that. Is there an AFR meter on your bike, camera pointed? I'm not going to assume this time. All my mechanical knowledge on Big Dogs comes str8 from this forum.
Hey, the only way I can tune that aprilia is by ear. No low screw to blend, meaning, and no idle cable. Electrically I am stuck. I tried with a manometer. This bike takes an 02 sniffer machine to set up the idle off both cylinders. Big buck tools. Cheaper for the dealer to do it. Think the OP and I would let someone touch ours? Not one dime needed, we have ears, BB.Having an '05, I've had my share of electrical/mechanical issues and have torn the bike down on several occasions. Not sure how I ever survived without a manometer, but I did.
Good question. Beer Know Lee Basics? Then the invention of a lot of toilet bowl loops down a hole and all that crap came about.I'm sure the manometer hasn't been around forever. How in the hell did anyone tune their bike before the invent of such a wonderful, tell all piece of equipment?
I bet he is a smiling Mofo. A classic, "I forgot to mention" kind of guy. Schooled his ass by himself. Schooled yours too.It was a beautiful weekend and the dog is running great. Brenden, hope you got some riding time in too. This is your thread!!!! Sorry it got jacked so many times but glad you got ur dog running.
You are getting whooPassed UP! PazYearAzzUP = Pay UP. Remember, I reverse the science, connected those penultimates together.
