Reason I ask is I bought a K9 and it was supposed to be delivered Monday between 4-7, than it was delayed until yesterday at 4pm. The company has a phone number but it's some bogus saying noone is available to take your call, and they claim they have 24/7 support through

I find it hard to believe that a shipping company doesn't have personnel to answer a phone nor do they contact you to let you know what the hell is going on and why they're not here with the bike, what a bunch of s***. Bought the bike through e-bay agent which I researched is the only way to go, looks like I may have got scammed...at least I can get money back.
