Bulldog Tank Removal

Sorry to ask this questions if it's already been asked, but.....

Was trying to pull the tank off my '05 Bulldog...WTF??? Any ideas? The attachment plate on the bottom that bolts to the backbone, how the hell do you get that off without scratching the hell out of your tank or frame??? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!:bang:

If it's like the 07 Bulldog there is a 3/8th inch square hole that you stick a 3/8 drive extension in and twist. I have a drawing if you need a copy.

Gracias!!! I knew I'd get the answer!!! Saw the square holes in the bracket but it didn't look like I could fit the extension from my 3/8" drive into it - looked too small.
We'll give it a go!!!

you can also tao it out with a long screw driver - gently tapping it loose. Not ideal tho
