I agree. I think its something to do with your coil wires. I had this exact same problem on my warrior when I did a big air kit and coil relocation. I got the coil wires crossed. When I went to start it, it just cranked and cranked until all that fuel shot out the exhaust in a huge fire ball. Flipped the wires and it ran cherry after that.Do you have the front and rear cylinder wires crossed at th coil ( pending you took them loose for the install)?
Pinch a wire on reassembly?

Speak for yourself dumbass.!Ha Ha! Hope thats what it is!
Thats okay bought my first street bike in 1981 twas a sportster. Rode it aroundi the parkin lot at the dealer and I thought I was the shit. Brought the bike home on my truck, put it away for the night. Next day after work was gonna ride a bit but stay close by cause I had no tags. Well cranked and cranked and cranked not start got dark put the bike up and just kept thinkin what could i have done and whats it gonna cost. Well it was what i hadn't done. Even after havin off road bikes for years I was so excited with the street bike I forgot to cut the fuel on. So weve all be there at one point or another.
