I put a reverse shift drum in my bike. $50 from Baker. Changes your pattern to 1 up 5 down. The problem I have these days is I've got the Yamaha's in the mix and there is no way to change the pattern on them, so it gets confusing when I jump off one bike and on another. Prior to getting my chopper 6 years ago, all my riding time was on the track, so the reverse pattern was all I ever knew.

Sorry Chris my bad I see Moe was talking reverse pattern, not heal shifting. I don't think I'd ever get used to down shifting to go faster....

In his post he said that he made it. Your best bet would be to send him a PM. Looking at his posts, he makes about a post a week or so. If you PM him, be patient, it looks like he'll answer you. His last post was the 18th of January, to give you a time frame. I wish you luck. :up:

heel toe shifter
i had pics of it on here before in the gallery but i believe they got deleted when the gallery was updated.
im using a comp at work now, ill post some pics asap.
the mechanic at big dog gave me an extra shifter, i cut the bar off and welded it on the opposite side for the heel, i tacked it so i could make adjustments then i welded it where i liked it.
i ordered an extra toe peg. i have a club foot so i cant shift up, thats why i made it.
it works great. the heel peg can be used as a heel stop, your foot want try to slid down while at faster speeds. i drilled holes in them to match my levers, hand and foot pegs. then i had them chromed. someone on here send me a shifter, im going to make a heel rest for the right side, i have an extra clevis and toe peg, im going to weld it to that, it will have a slight angle due to the tail pipes.
i bought the pegs from xoproducts before he passed away. he was good working with, sent me the extra toe pegs and clevis. stay tune for pics

i see someone has already posted my pics, my foot doesnt get stuck or nothing, works great. ill be glad to answer any more questions if any.
Did you ever get the Heel Toe shifter going? I want to put one on my Ridgeback.

I had heel/toe shifter on the Vintage Classic for 12 years. Used it all the time. When I switched out the floorboards and extended them forward I set it up again. STill getting used to the new position.

That's what I need
That's what I need,but for a 04 PitBull, Old primary, so it sticks out farther than the 05 and up.Did not picture it in my head what it would look like when I posted earlier but not bad at all.....
