My warranty expired back the middle of November. Two weeks before christmas, cleaning my bike and guess what. Thats right bad chrome on the front rocker box cover. Talked to the dealer no help, called BD hit a wall. So after a few days of looking
at that ulgy chrome pealing, couldn't take it any longer:angry: . Sent BD an email and carefully choose my words. 15 minutes later got an email from BD, said they would replace as a one time "good will" repair. Thanks, Big Dog! Thats the kind of customer service I expect on a 30k bike.
