"How To Service your Big Dog"

Gas Man's sticky thread titled "How To Service your Big Dog has a number of pictures which have either been removed or are no longer available.

This thread's pretty old but is a great resource for those of us "novices" who've decided to service our own bikes and save a few bucks.

Any chance of updating this thread, or at least restoring all the "how to" pictures?

Thanks!

The pictures may have been on Gasman's photobucket or some other pic sharing website, he may have lost them or removed them and now they may not be available.... I have it saved to a .docx (Microsoft Office Word Document) if you PM me your email I will send it to you, it's 6.5 mbs....

Anyone have an answer for me on why some of the "how to" pictures are missing from the old but very informative and useful thread??

Hey guys, when we did the server change earlier this year and we lost the gallery we then lost all the pics in the How To threads if the pictures were uploaded to this gallery.
They will all have to be re-built. Even my threads like replacing tires and bearings have lost pics. I will replace my photo's and others will have to reload the pics and fix each thread. Sorry for this issue but thats what happened with the latest server upgrade.

Ray,
Thats why I was wondering if I sent you the file which I had made into a pdf, if we could set it up to download.

The guys should be able to link to the pdf from the site but in the interim if you want to email me the pdf I can make it available as well.

Great timing. I was in the early stages of making the "how-to" articles available in PDF format. Still working it all out. :2thumbs:

Thanks Toodie, that taught me a lesson. I knew I lost my gallery pics but I didn't think about the other threads.

I have not moved or deleted any pics. I wouldn't do that!

My posts were altered in some fashion... and I can't edit the posts.

If you notice it's the first pic in each post. Maybe Ray can change it for us. Make the URL's match up... like the others.
