Haven't run the Pitbull in a while cold weather. Installed new battery still will not start. Should i try spraying startering fluid in carb?
A little more info would be nice such as:Installed new battery still will not start.
I wouldn't. S&S motors start and run well so they shouldn't need any starting fluid to make that happen.Should i try spraying startering fluid in carb?
how many volts? After Installing new plugs i have no spark. Where do I go from here? Battery is new & fully charged.
:iagree: That is your best bet, get rid off all that thunderheart ignition all together. Just follow the instructions that come with it, you should have no problems:2thumbs:Flames, If you have any mechanial skills and can read a sinle line diagram, you can buy a Daytona Twin Tec Ignition model #1005 for $199.95 at Eatern Performance replace he entire Thunderheart System and save $$$$$$
Devo can walk you through this since he just finished doing the same change out on his Mastiff. The twin tec is a nose cone module and doesn't get any easier to install, plus has quite a few add'l bells and whistles.
Ok i just checked for power by unplugging 1 connection at a time i have power from both connections. When i touched the test light on the one wire the bike back fired. So i'm lost. Do ya think the Thunder heart is bad? Also when i disconnect the harness and plug it in the light comes on on the Thunder Heart for a second then goes back out.04 Big Dog Pit Bull. Just ran the bike last night, Ran Great put it away, now it wont fire today. Thunder Heart modual light does not come on. Now what, is that my problem? Thanks
