Check the rear rocker box. The lids can spring gasket leaks. Or the rockerbox gasket itself. If it was the right side Id say pushrod tube gaskets.

Rear rocker box is clean
I see no other indications of leaks anywhere other than the spray in the oil tank, dunno maybe I’m just looking for reasons to turn the wrench.

Its a pia to find these little leaks because they dont show the residue after a ride. Some ultraviolet dye and black light will show ya the spot. Left side tho....rockerbox, or pehaps ur trans vent is blowing back a bit if its not routed to the bottome side of the bike.

I’ll check more a little later this evening. I just changed trans fluid on Sunday. Took a ride yesterday and didn’t see any spray on the oil tank.
