Hi, I'm Adam from Poland. How to disassemble the tubes from the lower forks element in this forks ? Is the tube screwed in or pushed in?
Looks like a hot leg. Does the axle thread directly into the right leg from the left? Either way it’s pushed in not threaded. Should be a locking clip under the dust cover on top of the seal. Post a couple more pictures of the entire fork. Top & bottom.

I want to restore the chrome parts, so I have to completely disassemble them. The lower element has a notch secured with a screw.

So I can’t see the top of the lower super clear but it looks like the dust cover on top is 6side to allow for a wrench to get on it? That would indicate a treaded connection. I had thought maybe those were arlen ness hot legs but after seeing your picture I don’t believe they are. I don’t know if these pictures will help you in any way but can’t hurt to share them. If the cap on top of the lower appears to be threaded I would start there. Underneath should be a locking clip to hold the seal in.
