your thoughts - 03 bull dog for 13500

Looking into an 03 bull dog with 11000mi for asking price of 13500. At around this price is this a good buy for this bike? Any problems associated with 03's or bull dogs that I should look for or possibly stay away from? How does the bull dog compare to the mastiff?

Price is steep right now. NADA average retail is $11.8K and low is $8.9K. My friends that have owned the Bulldog loved them. Low ball him and see what happens.

Little pricey.....but 03 is a good year...offer 10K....what kind of upgrades on the scoot?

I have an 03 Mastiff with 12K miles that runs great! If you really like it, offer him 9K and go from there. :2thumbs:

It is hard to put a price on enjoyment, only you know your $$ comfort zone.

Thanks for the quick replies. He's added an electronic compression release, replaced the starter, a windscreen (which i don't care for) and will include a corbon 2 up seat. He's going to send some more pics. I'm thinking 10 something.
