Young Life Lost

We lost a young Boy Scout from our Troop yesterday. Christopher Dunford (age 12) was riding with his step dad on the way to our weekly troop meeting last night. He lost control of his pickup outside of Winchester Va. and Chris was killed. Chris was a friend of my son's and they had joined the troop at the same time and had been in Cub Scouts together. His step dad Jason is a wonderful person and did everything with Chris. Our prayers go out to him and his family.

I'm sorry for your loss. I hope your son is coping with it as best he can. I lost 2 friends to a plane crash when I was 12 so I know how they feel.
