Yellowish tint to motor...?

I have noticed some of the older dogs at the dealership and now even on mine, the motor and some surrounding components get a dirty, yellowish looking tint to them. Any remedy for this? I would not be able to polish in all the nooks and crannys.

This is what I got from S&S when I asked them the same question..... We use Simple Green and a stiff brush to clean our motors. Make sure the
motor is cold when you do the work and work in spots to avoid the soap
drying onto the motor....Again, this straight from S&S.

P21S Total Auto Wash is German nobility in a spray bottle!

UPDATE:
I tried this stuff yesterday on my engine (which I'd fubar'd awhile ago using Meguiar's Chrome Polish instead of the correct application of aluminum polish), and the results were great!
I followed instructions on the bottle (for a change!), used a soft flexible nylon bristle brush on the fins and between the jugs, and it REALLY cleaned up nicely.
Still have to polish the aluminum with the CORRECT stuff to maximize its shine, but the stains & gorp are gone.

I recommend it over the S100 spray-on engine cleaner, which I used on Harley engines in the past and had some issues.
