Ok, I've seen a few threads around on this and want to find out what it is and who makes it???

I've got a few new parts headed my way and thought while I had it torn down, and if the xxx is a realy good upgrade, then I would try and get my hands on one.

Thanks,
JaiLeR

:D MPO If I were doing an upgrade to my carb I would look at the Mikuni HSR 45, very tunable (sp) and holy shit what a difference!! Also look at Wimmer air intakes, crank case breathers, the whole nine yards. Made a MAJOR difference on the 05 choppa.

I have an extra Super G and was thinking the same... but I remember reading some one having problems with them, not returning phone calls and possible financial problems... Anyone deal with them lately?

Thanks for all of the feedback. Sorry about some of the questions, but there are hours and hours of reading out here!

Here is their website: productpage

Looks like I am going to wait until later this year as well.

Another round please
Well worth the money. Made a great difference in my bike. Looks awesome too. Still waiting on the refund though. Been over 6 weeks.

I would go with the XXX. Too many if's with that PSI. You'll save money on gas because you get better gas mileage when you change over to the XXX. Just my 2 cents.

I've been running the XXX G carb for over a year now and have absolutly no compaints about its performance. Went down one size on the intermediate jet and it has performed flawlessly ever since. Easy starts, crisper throttle response compaired to stock and looks great.

I can't speak for there current business situation but I know that Brandon left the business. Brandon was the person who I had all my dealings with.

HD Larry I just got my xxx a couple days ago have not installed it yet.
I was just wandering what you changed your interm. jet to.
Mine came with a 31 interm. and a 78 main. xxx G.

I have had my XXX chrome "E" for almost a year now...and what a difference it made! Tons of low end and more top end that I could ever use. Plus a major bling factor...definatley a good choice. I dealt with Branden and Bob, and both were helpful.

My xxx G carb showed up with a 76 main and 0.0295 intermediate. Changed to a 0.031 intermediate.

I'm running Mean Mother exhausts and D&M Twister air cleaner, otherwise it was stock when I changed the carb.

I'm in the process of changing a number of other things but that is another story.

T.Byrd - your jets will depend on your bike , your weather conditions, your altitude etc - I got the xxx G and am running a 32 and a 80

I certainly wouldn't overlook the mikuni either - I've found a place that does a twin 45 mikuni with a manifold with separate runners for each cylinder - a 45 mik for each cylinder! will be very pricey though but I am considering that for next year

Are you going to go with the E or the G? E probably better for low-mid range but G better for top end power
