I was about to order from these guys ... are your grips over sized? They look great ... there should be solution for the stickiness ... :job:

they look sweet. how are they sticking? I had a different set I put on my bike. when Slid the gip on the handle bars all the way in tight till they stopped mine stuck when tyou tried to throttle up or back, so I just loosened them up and slid the grip out a little and it worked perfect.

Im still a bit concerned with the looseness of the grip. It literally "rattles" on the bar...

Gas, I use quite a bit of company ink printing out your how to's. I followed it to a "T". I will say I was a bit light on the grease since you can literally see through these grips to the bar...

Exactly... I believe I even covered this in my grip swap how to.

Have two sets from Xoprodox - (the chrome rubber ribbed version). The throttle side is loose on both - as was with the clutch (left) side. (I wrapped some eletrical tape on handle bar before installing the clutch (left) side grip and it worked GREAT) Re the accelerator - no fix for that....grease and more elbow grease I guess.  I just deal with it...
You might want to speak to Alex at Xoprodox - he is GREAT and always willing to help.

I have a set on my bike and found when I put the controls together on the bars I was pinching the wires for the hand control. That's what was making mine stick. You all might want to pull them back off and double check that you're not pinching the wiring on the throttle side.

Easy to tell, Loosen the bolts on the hand control and twist the throttle if it doesn't bind up on you then I woud say that's the problem.

When I found the problem I secured the wiring to the switches with a little electrical tape to hold them out of the way while securing the bolts.

Keep us posted on what y'all find.

Ok Diesel... I understand that. Oscar makes a good point. I had mine stick once. The control unit was on kinda crooked. Be sure to back out that set screw for the controls before you tighten the 2 halfs over the grip. Also be sure that the farrels are in good.

I did them a while back ago and the left was loose. The thing to do is look at your old stock BDM grips. Inside the stock grip is a round clear plastic liner - pull it out. You may have to use needle nose because they are lighly glued in. Insert that liner into the XO grips and it will fit perfectly...

I had those same grips. I hit the inside with a little sandpaper and greased my bar end so they would work smoothly. They did rattle a bit, but I don't remember it being much of a concern.
