Well from the looks of what you get when the site comes up

"Due to tragic circumstances XOPRODOX will not be able to accept any orders or phone calls at this time.

its pretty bad and I wouldn't count on getting anything from them anytime soon.

i just remembered i sent alex an email about the raptor rubber sleeves and i never got an answer.hm i quess their customer service is a big let down.

Eric, I can't get to the link and everytime I tried to get on their site, it wouldn't load. Oh well, guess I can get what I need from Big Dog

yeah alex was the guy that quit on me.. I really never understood the whole issue.. I always had good service till then,, if thay didnt want to do the request all thay had to do is say so up front..I got alot of there products to.. oh well....

I never had any issues with them. Placed several orders and always got them in 3 days. There products are nice, hope they aren't done.

i never had any issues with them either,i just got my yearly set of grips from them in late february....THEY EVEN CALLED ME AFTER A WEEK OR 2 TO SEE HOW I LIKED THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
The posting on the site says DUE TO TRAGIC CIRCUMSTANCES........Tragic is a pretty big word not to be taken lightly,maybe something has went very wrong with one of the guys or close members of their families......it was the first place i got any upgrades for my bike and was very happy with their service....

Wow and just like that he's gone....spoke with him a few times on the phone, my bike is adorned with several of his products. He always seemed friendly and responsive. Never gave me the free t-shirts he said he would send, but could have been due to not being there anymore. Does anybody have any idea how he died?
