I have had the very same problem, :bang: I called and talked to Alex and he did not stand behind the chrome product. He offered me a discount on a new set and that sucks. How cheap is the chroming done on his products. I have never ever seen where chrome will wear through that the Brass starts to show on any chrome stuff I have on my bike. I am just saying, to each it own.

I talked to Customer Service myself and they told me that if it is not a defect then it was yours.They do not stand behind wear, and a few short months at $179 for hand grips is rediculous.They have sold their last pair to me or anyone that I have influence over.And I know a lot of people see it on here.

Hell I remember hearing about folks ordering things from these guys, and not getting their orders for months on end...and nobody would answer the phones.

I got a matching set of pegs and grips from them chrome with the o-rings. The chrome peeled off the shifter lever after about 6 months. They wouldnt do shit for me. Fuck them

Oh, this is disturbing to hear. I have a full set on my bike. About 2-3 months old. I've been reccomending them to everyone. I'll stop as of now. Wish I had heard this sooner.

I bought the chrome smooth spike grips and pegs about 2 years ago. They still look great. When I tried calling them when i first purchaced them, it was a pain in the ass to get someone on the phone.

117bigdog I've put about 5000 miles on mine this summer and they look like a painted horse only in chrome and brass.And they are the smooth spikes.
