first day of vaction.take the dog out for ride.about an hour away from home
go to shift cable snaps Right at lever,WTF ,only 6000 miles on bike should not have cables snapping.lucky guy driving by stops, to see if i need help.tell him what happened,he goes home gets his truck and trailer and gives me a ride back home, good guy gave him a few bucks and had a few beers with him at my house.
hope to get quick turn around ,but have had no luck getting parts from big dog quickly.only good thing is still under warrenty

Cables are easy.... If look look and ask around, there's probably somebody in your area that could make one.

don't expect to have that cable replaced under warranty. its pretty easy to replace, you could do the procedure in under 2 hours max.

Do a search on clutch cables, been a hot topic lately, which is why I have a back up at home.

And you simply don't hear about random people stopping and doing all that for a stranger anymore... you got lucky man!
