WTF? Martin Brothers pipes melted my brake like

Was headed home with the wife on the bike from mom's house. Went to hit the rear brake and the pedal goes ALL the way forward and I get nothing.
What the hell?
Lucky we were just leaving the subdivision and didn't end up rolling out into traffic.
Hit the brake again and sure as shit, fluid squirted out and hit the exhaust and turned to smoke.
Got off and saw the front pipe is sitting EXACTLY on top of the brake line and melted the damn thing.
What the hell?
Anyone hear if this before?

Who installed your pipes should have caught that one! I would think a phone call would be in order!

Previous owner unfortunately. They didn't check if the pipes were hitting anything. And of course it's gonna be nasty hot my next day off lol.

I run MB Mudusa's and love them! Did the install myself. You have to check everything when installing pipes! If you have never done it. It can be a bitch! Worste I have felt with is the 2 into 1 thunder header! You have to put the rear manifold on then the front. Do it the other way and you will never get it on! But when you get it where you think it goes, then you have to check and make sure everything is clear of touch & heat!
