WTB - Little Rubber Thingy on speedo

Yes that is a technical term! I need on for my speedo and am wondering if anyone has an extra one they would like to sell.

I am looking for the rubber plunger cover that covers the trip meter button.

if no one here has one, try either the autometer website, Nelson or perhaps JP Cycles. I found one on page 400 of their latest catalog but don't know if it's the right size.

What year is your chopper? You might get BD to replace your speedo. The new models don't have that little rubber plug anymore. They replaced it with a permanent plug. Might be worth a try anyway!

mine is a 06-K-9 also...and my dealer replaced my speedo with the newer one with the heavier bracket with the permanent rubber button :up:

I have tried to find one also with no luck. Everyone I talk to says you have to buy a new speedo.

LDO let me know if the J&P one works.
