WTB EHC for 2004 Mastiff

local dealer is out of stock. want the newer EHC that replaced what used to come in the 04's. believe what's in the 2005+ models.

The replacement/upgraded EHC for your 04 is not the same as whats in newer models.
Dakotabos did a whole thread on it and you can find it on here somewhere and see what the new one looks like. It's still has only one port plug (it has a daughterboard on it) with the newer models have two plugs.

hmmm....so hopefully that's what they are installing in my bike...guess the newer ones don't fit eh?

For that kind of money it should be the newer one!

I bought one of the older ones and the part was @ $240. Sounds like the newer one with adapter to fit 04's. You could do it yourself and save some $$, its not hard, but you need to have a little electrical know how.

got the bike back from the Strokers and the EHC checked out fine and was actually not the issue. was a bad starter and short in wiring for PCB causing the bike to either not start or incrementally die. still cost a good amount of $$ to fix.

so i wont need an EHC at this time.
