so I finally get my wire plus all hooked up and it worked flawlessly so I was back on the road after a month happy as a pig in shit but then boom my clutch wire broke at the lever!! Wtf .... Is that a standard size or do I have to special order that? Its a 04 chopper DT

Very true but if you want to be sure go with Curtis.

Yes a Harley dealer should be able to match it up. Make sure the adjuster is in the right place. Some are in the middle of the cable, some are not. Also make sure when comparing lengths that both new and old are adjusted all the way in.
