Talked to the seller, It is a used car dealer. Bike came from Kansas the guy bought it and never rode it he was the second owner. The paint chip on the frame and some pitting on the chrome headlight are the only things she said are wrong with it. Two owners and only 1500 miles what's up with that?

Bottom line price is $15,500, checked on shipping on line about $800. Seller said they have a shipping contact also and was willing to get me a quote.
Jim there are quite a few of these bikes bought by people who don't ride them, status symbols for rich bastards. Anyhow, be real careful in choosing a shipping company. Others here could recommend someone. I wouldn't look for the cheapest way to get it home, I would pay for the best way to get it home. Pablo is definitely a trustworthy and option. But I think the Beamdium may get costly

Pablo said he was going to ride it home, thats adding miles. I'm offering an enclosed trailer and my story tails on the drive, what could be better? Ok $1700:whoop:

I really appreciate the offers and help. Mike was willing to go look at it when I talked to him but I still don't think I can buy site unseen. Maybe if I had more time, maybe if it don't sell I will have more time to think about. Just can't make this decision in two days.

I have been looking and looking for a K9 with no luck. Found this one on e-bay, sounds like what I want at a fairly good price. But it being in Missouri and me in PA I can't go look at it. How big a chance would I take by pressing "Buy it now" and have it shipped? Just wondering what you guys think.

I am in Kansas and bought a K9 in Virgina back in August on ebay. I love my bike!!!! Chance you take I guess but I will buy from my guy again and again for sure....

I bought my K9 last April sight unseen. It was from a dealer however, but the bike was used. Just too good of a deal to pass up.

One thing in particular about these bikes...most guys only ride them when its sunny out, most are pretty anal about keeping them in show quality condition, and one thing I noticed about Big Dogs when I was searching for mine is that they have "low miles". The one thing that caused me to buy mine sight unseen was the price. I knew it was too good of a deal to pass up.

Have you ever ridden a K9? May want to try one before purchasing if you haven't. Not everyone can handle a fat tire, long rake, and 117" of american muscle.

I'm here to help answer any questions you may have however.

Happy Bidding!

Seller has just gave me an inclosed trailer shipping quote of $625. Sounds very reasonable. What does anybody know about Nationwide Auto Shipping?

When it comes to hauling bikes, watch out for the cheapest! You want a hauler with a good track record! I personally would rather have one of our club members haul it over a comercial hauler any day

Yhea Jim definently I'd have a experienced mechanic look at the bike then , run the car fax on the vin # and all pans out and price is right then buy it. 15 G's is a lot of money to click BUY IT NOW find out its got a blown head , bad part in the bike.
