worn out rubber insert for clutch side grip

I'm looking for the replacement rubber for the clutch side grip on my 2004 chopper or grip if I have to buy entire grip! Let e know if you can help

I think there is a how-to replace just the rubber part on the grip. I guess someone will help you more with this or try doing a search.
