Every time I press RUN, a little black box under the seat lights up green but the thunderheart ignition doesn't light up like it used to right before it started. I remember is made a "click" noise letting me know i could press START. It doesn't do that anymore. All I did was replace the battery before this happened. I unplugged that thunderheart and plugged in another one I have and nothing still. Any ideas?

What lights do you have on your EHC when you turn the key on? What EHC do you have in there? My EHC finally gave it up after 42,000 miles and getting the wire plus means Big Dogs Plug and Play for our 04 is taking TOO DAMN LONG and riding season starts this weekend here in SD with 59 Degree weather and my dog is sitting in my garage looking good but wont run due to my EHC is flashing all kinds of lights.

This may not help but if you have WP374, every time you depress the run or off (they are combined for WP) it toggles the ignition module on and off.
Yep. The green light flashes every time I press run but the red light on the thunderheart does not light up and bike won't even crank
