wont start when cold

I have a 07 Bulldog that won't start when it's cold. It's on a battery tender when not in use and has a new battery. Horn chirps and light does not come on. When it's warm-it fires right up.

Welcome from Washington State... True the battery may be new but it doesn't always mean that it's good. Could have been on the shelf for a while...

try and find a warm place to store it if possible. maybe get some type of heater. or just keep it in your living room. lots of people have that same problem. i am not sure there is a solution other than keep it warm.

I also have the injected 07 with the same trouble. I comes down to the battery . I have turned off the tender for a moment then back on this gets a little more charge till it goes to maintain mode or something like that. all in all its a weak battery. the injected bikes need just a little more power.

Is the battery the one that came with the bike or is it a aftermarket battery? Sounds like a battery problem
