i currently own a Harley but i can't wait to buy a big dog. i cant seem to make up my mind between a wolf or a K9. i would appreciate if someone can shine a light on the difference in ride and performance. any help will help!

This topic has come up a lot on the site. The best way to really know would be to test ride each and let the puppy choose you. We all have different riding styles and I believe a test ride would be your best bet. The two are totally different animals, that's for sure ...:2thumbs:

thanks Brew and you are right. the problem is that i am buying one online miles away from where i live. no dealership in my area. all the dealers i found online have either or, but not both and i cant afford to fly everywhere. this dog will set me back a few dollars as is....

Never ridden a Wolf, but gotta believe it's a totally different feel.

I sat on one and the front end felt like it weighed a ton turning the fork back & forth - hope it's a little easier when it's moving!

It's long and low, with a much 'skinnier' rear tire than the K9....nothing you probably didn't already figure out for yourself.

Too bad you can't take each on a test ride - that's the only way to really be sure of what fits you best.:whoop:

As for me...I vote for the K9!!!:2thumbs:

That should be a pretty easy choice both bikes are totally different wolf is a pro street style and k9 is a chopper . And it all depends on what is more right for your riding style if your a short guy your probaly going to have a problem with a k9 it's a big long bike it makes me look small and I'm 6 foot 6.

thanks Denny. can you think of his/her name?
His name is Fred he goes by fmschatz he has a Wolf and I think recently he said he bought a k9. I have a wolf and it is very easy to ride it was my first bike ever and I didn't have any problem to handle it at all.
Anyway if you do some search you should find some thread regarding differences between wolf and k9 I remember reading some comments of somebody that test rode both bikes.

Which style viually do you feel fits your personality? That's probably the first thing I would ask myself, the rest is going to fall in place. They're both great bikes and you won't be disappointed whichever you decide. Everybody's gonna have different opinions though.

Why not throw the Mastiff in the mix as well, It has the wider rear tire and the long and low look. The best of both worlds IMO
