The reason for the wolf headlight, for those that are saying to have one made custom or another kind, is that the wolf's mounting and wiring are very easy for install. Basically a plug and play. Yes ofcourse I will do what I want with my bike. And thanks for the comments. More than likely I will do it but a little weary on how it will look since the rake on the pit isnt as much as the wolf, which will not fill the gap between the fork braces.
I plan on powdercoating the the housing black and will post pics when i return from 6 months vaca...

Lots of members here asking if the headlight will fit their bike.

Guys, maybe I'm new to this but the headlight is mounted to a block that is bolted to the lower tree. You bolt it on and adjust it. Should fit most any bike made today if you ask me unless I'm missing something here.

I happen to like the Wolf headlight, but it looks good on a Wolf.

My personal opinion is the classic round headlight is perfect on the Pitbull.

Also, you will not be able to put the very nice HID setup in the Wolf headlight.

I also despise the dual headlights that Harley has put on some of their bikes.

You will find several threads on here about putting the Wolf headlight on K9's, Ridgeback's etc. You will catch flack on it, but as it's yours and it's your $$$'s, you have my support to do it. Just post pictures.

It sounds like he has the job that is always hiring. Do you like warm sunny weather and endless beaches? Go see your local recruiter. :flag:

I have an 08 Pitbull. I think that the Wolf light would look good if you were to go all the way and change to the reverse radius pipes, drop seat and drag handlebars. However, if you are keeping the spring seat, cruiser bars and retro look, I would say keep looking for something with more character and old school.

I tried this on my Bike, got the idea from the wolf but I did not like the kind of light it put out.

It provides good lighting, but not the kind that am used to with the HID kit, so I took her off. I guess when you get old you need lots of light :lol:

Anyone interest I sell it for $100 plus shipping, its in new like condition.

All right ya'll. SO... as some of you now I am currently on vaca in iraq, but I made the plunge to do the headlight. I just recently got my bike back and had the old lady take some pics. I had the headlight powdercoated as well as had Bob from triple X do amazing work on my carb. No... I will not be able to see or ride it for a couple months, but I am chomping at the bit.... Sorry about the pics, as I did not marry my wife for her picture taking ability....

Anyone have some better pics of the wolf headlight on another model? I was thinking about it for my 09 Mastiff.

I guess I just don't get it either. I don't even like the wolf headlight on the wolf! It looks like they took one and put it in a vice and gave her a squeeze! Now, if your turn signals matched, I think I could say it was cool, but seeing as you have bullet style turn signals, why not keep the bullet style headlight? Otherwise, go with something all out crazy like this!

(image won't load so all you get is that little thumbnail at the bottom!)

Personally, I would just like to find a reasonable HID kit for my pit headlight!

But seriously, it is YOUR bike and you are free to do whatever the hell you want to it. Solicit opinions and you will get them though!!! Either way, you have a "DOG" and it will be bad ass no matter what you do to it!

I'm interested in the Wolf headlight as well. Anyone know manufacturer, source, price? The quick answer I got at a dealer is yeah they are available for about $400. Too rich for my blood, but I usually have good luck shopping around the internet. At least I need to replace the yellowing lens and reflector on my stock headlight.
