Energy One
I have a 1999 big dog bulldog and I can't get it to fire I would like to know if anyone has a wiring diagram for the Thunderheart ignition maybe some info on how to troubleshoot it

Do a google search for Thunderheart. They have all the wiring diagrams on their web site and there is a trouble shooting section in the manuals also.

Have you checked the simple things like power to and from the key switch? Have you checked for spark at the plugs? Look for simple things first. It could be a broken wire or sometimes when a new battery is installed a ground wire slips away and does not get reconnected.

Good luck! Post some pics of you're bike when you can.

I'm having same problem with my 99 big dog but I'm getting spark and fuel tries to start but backfires when release starter it was running great until backfired one time hasn't started since I have a Dyno 2000 electronic module but am lost on how to adjust timing

Could be clogged jet in carb. Or possibly a gunked up fuel filter. Just a thought. That’s a great looking bike btw! Thanks for posting some pics

Any chance it might have blown the little vacuum plugs off the intake messing up the air / fuel mix ?
