Wires Plus Module

I need a Wires Plus module #13014 Does anyone have a good used one or know of a source to buy one? Obviously Wires Plus has been gone for a long time but maybe they sold their stock to someone?
If I cant find a direct replacement, any suggestions for re-wiring kits etc. Tx
