I concur that WP should be offering better customer support.

Have you posted your questions on the forum? Opps maybe I should have re-read the original post before opening mouth and inserting foot..

Maybe the members with WP can help you out.

Agrees with Earl, lol , it's like I tell my wife don't be to stubborn to stop and ask for directions before you get tottally lost in a neighborhood you really don't want to be in .

Of course I bought mine from Jake, and Jake's customer service could not have been any better. He sent me what I needed and told me where to check while he was taking time off. I had it fixed and running moments later, and it was as we call it "Operator Error". Everything to the eye looked perfect but I resoldered a couple wires, that looked the same as they did before, and fixed it.
