Wire-Plus Kit Trouble

Also I don't have a Wire Plus, still running the EHC. Running a 295 and 76 main and plugs look fine. It is like the timing is off, shooting a flame out of the rear cylinder only.
Crank sensor was fine. If I recall the bike has been a little off since I put the Thunder Heart 5012 on...set at 2 or B if I'm not mistaken.

This is probably your problem. Set it to 3 or 4 (32) and see if it runs better.

Every bike I have worked on with a ASM-5012 and the ignition is advanced over stock, needs rejetted as well. If you didn't rejet the carb after changing the ignition, then that is probably the issue for sure. Also I wouldnt advance it to 32 degees unless you are running an upgrade camshaft over stock.

Bad ignition, im going to a Crane or Dyna.
600 cam and jetted up, plugs have always been good.

Issues didnt start until the TH5012 went on.
