It was the cam sensor. I replaced it with another stock one and haven't had any other issues to date.

I have a question about how many hrs would you say it would take to do the wire job?

I have had the WP on the bike for about 4 years now. Just had some problems with it after doing the rebuild. The unit was getting power in but nothing going out so the headlight is out. after contacting WP they gave me a RMA number and I am sending the units back for replacement. They will be sent out today so we will see if it stands up. So far very impressed with how they handled the issue. Its been 4 years and they probably could have said piss off and buy a new one. so far so good
