Down to just wiring the ignition switch. I'm going to try to show some pictures of the switch install into the old hole if I can figure it out, I had a buddy of mine, a machinist put it on his cnc and machine out the material to allow the sportster switch and not ruin the looks of the cover. Basically we dropped the center line of the hole one hundred thousandth's and bored 20 thousandth's over the first round land on the switch so that it recessed into the cover that amount for stabilization of the switch. Then bored from the front to the original depth, 25 thousandth's over the outside diameter of the retaining nut of the new switch for a little clearance. It looks like it was made this way.
