To date I just hand hold a vidoe camera or use my small Nikon S5 camera either in video mode or pictures. Been looking at the helmet cams also but want to get a HD vid camera first. My camera takes way better pictures and video than my camcorder (old) so need to upgrade.

Can't wait for the Redwood Run this year.
