I wish I had gone out to 50 on the rake, 46 just wasn't enough! I still need to cut the inner tubes to length but it's so cold in my garage the water I was drinking last night froze.

Moe, that thing is looking badass. Are the front legs out for chrome?

Would look good with the new 360 brake on that springer also.

Front legs need to be cut, but it was so damn cold so I didn't do it tonight. I'd like to add a 360 brake in the fall, we'll see.

I would love to buy it, but right now the money just ain't there. Besides, I'm going to get it when I change the wheels. Don't wanna go through all the BS of mounting it for just one summer. As far as that bracket goes Al I gotta take a good hard look at that thing once it's mounted, but you're right for sure I don't like the setup. It seems to me that the front end may twist a bit under load, and you need some play in that bracket in all planes. Why the hell doesn't he use a hiem? It's gotta be cheaper than a chromed bracket? I have a call into him.

Moe I'm a toolmaker by trade and I have some nice tools so when I set up the front end I had that wheel dead nuts centered and the bracket did not have a bind in any way and I don't care what Ted says. The motion of the springer needs a heim joint type setup, christ harley has been using a heim setup for over a hundred years so why fuck with it.
