Winter Modding bike with Danny Rock in TN

May I suggest you get the matching KP oil filter - Black with Diamond cut, will go very well with the bike.

His scoot is deep green in color, not sure a black filter would look good. Scoot is looking great D L...

My bike is green but changes to a cool blue color. Paint is called PPG Poison Ivy.
The Powder coating from Sumax is a Green Illusion, closest color I could find to match bike.

I use S&S oil filters. KP is a very nice filter. Pretty much everything has been chromed on bike. I hate polishing. :2thumbs:

Rock got the motor together last night around 10:00 pm. He said he fired it up and it sounds great. :up:

Hey,

I washed and clean up your "Hot Rod" on Friday for you.

I did ride my bike Friday to the XDRL race, but I couldn't get on it, have to break in motor first.

I left my bike in TN. I got to go back to TN this coming weekend to get it.

Rock has to load a tune from S&S. The person I needed to get the program from at S&S was off on Friday. :bang: Usually, they get back to me real quick with an email, so that became a hold up.

Plus, we were inspecting the front tire and saw a tear or a little split, so I decided to order some new F & R Metzler tires.:bang:

Also, started raining Sat morning so that put a dent on riding the bike and they cancelled the drag race due to the rain. Oh, well..

Rock installed my new Front and Rear Meztler tires, new bearings and loaded Custom Tune from S&S for 585 cam.

I'm ready to do some riding.:choppersmiley:
