Who is coordinating the work?
I got the logistics part covered and Rock is putting the bike together.:flag:

Cylinders and Heads are on their way to Diamond Heads in NV. Mike at Sumax sent me a teaser pic of a cylinder done before shipping to NV. :2thumbs:

Had a few lower fins cut off for a custom look.

PS. No that isn't runs in the coating, It's water.

seems like cutting fins off could cause an overheating problem, especially since you are down south. hope not.

Thanks for mentioning, but when I had it done in 08, I was told lower fins don't catch much air, so it shouldn't be a problem at all.

I have been riding with them done since I bought the bike in 08 and haven't noticed any extra heating problems with it than the 04 Chopper I used to own. If I can help it, I don't ride my bike very much in stop and go traffic. I just decided to have the cylinders and heads powder coated.

Looks good with some fins cut off, don't it.:whoop:

If you zoom in on the 3rd pic down above, you can see them cut off.

Who makes that bike trailer ?
Thanks,

I got the trailer custom made at the link below. They are good people but I'm pretty sure they don't make and sell the trailer I have anymore.

It's going to look sweet, also if you can post up the dyno run when completed, would be interested in seeing the numbers after shaving down the jugs...:2thumbs:

Hey Brew,

Seat of the pants is good enough for me. :D

Wasn't planning on getting it dynoed. I'll look into it, I got to find someone that I trust to dyno it. :2thumbs:

I'll ask S&S and see if they can tweak the program they are sending me for any power gains/performance, if I get a dyno sheet for them.
