flashers indicate low battery condition. Might want to check you charging system. do a search and you can find the how to.

What kind of battery did you buy? CCA rating? Needs to be minimum 270 amp. Check voltage at battery.....needs to be 12.8v to start bike, if not charge battery and start bike and check voltage while running. Should show 13.5 -14.0 volts. Also make sure battery connections are still tight. These things are notorious for the battery bolts coming loose.

I believe the HD battery is 310 CCA, on my old pitbull if the battery was charged I had no issues. If I left it off the trickle charge it struggled to turn over. Also, did you pop the battery in, or charge it before your rode it? Could be simple fix (charging it). At a minimum I'd check all points below by Mick.

As others have said make sure it is fully charged, though if you rode it 100 plus miles and it dies, should have been enough to fully charge. Check the connectors then check the charging system. Doubt it is EHC!

I would check the voltage regulator 1st, if that's not it ,I would look at the rest of the electrical system

I have replaced battery put new Cycle electric 32amp voltage regulator (old one was bent) and new 32amp stator (mine had no teeth or magnests left and nut was about to fall off). But I have 12.7 to 12.9 bolts at battery while running not the 13 to 14v I should have. When replacing regulator found one of bolts was broke off in case. Did not have ability to drill out at the time so put on with one bolt. Could my problem be not having a good ground to regulator. I have tested new regulator and stator and all checks out as being good. since new regulator is painted thought of running ground wire from regulator to battery just to see if that would solve problem problem but wanted some advise first. Thanks for all the help.

There are star two washers that come with the CE-320 regulator package and you need to use those between the regulator and the frame. Clear off any regulator case paint around the area on the backside of the regulator box where it mounts against the two frame bosses as well. The two frame boses were masked a paint time so they are bare steel. There should be split lockwashers used under the bolt heads.
