should be able to tweek it enough if you have the mounting bracket, after all, half of 30mm is only about 5/8". but it will probably stick out a little more than one for a K9. not much though. my .02

yes it will, I put a set on my 07 that were for a Ridgeback, you do have to change the Bracket on the pipes in order to fit or make an entirely new one.
