There is quite a few topics on this. Hit up the search for Wicked Bastard Cycles. I heard someone had to dispute charges on credit card to get the money back. He has not commented here in a long time, and is apparently opening up a bar or something. I heard he was a good guy, but just not doing business very well on the moment. Sucks to here because I wanted to order some stuff at a bit of a discount, but I can't place an order if they are not taking care of their customers at the moment... :down:

I placed an order with Nelson on April 20th. I paid with paypal. After 3 weeks of no parts and no answers to my emails I filed a dispute claim with paypal. The next day I got a credit to my paypal account for the full amount.

I thought I'd do Nelson (Wicked bastard Cycles) a favor and I sent him an Email to his personal email account explaining that there was alot of negative talk going around about his business & him not responding to customers. I explained that I wanted to give him a friendly heads up and asked him to please respond letting me know what was up either way...

I have got nothing back in two weeks! He always responds to me from that email!

Guess that answers that question!!!

I believe that we've fucked this dog on many threads and oughtta' just quit responding to the same ol'shit!

Well Oscar, I hadnt been fucked by that dog and kinda pissed off by it so if it wastes your time by posting the issue again so what. Any way got a refund from nelson and he answered paypal saying phone service sucks and cant get his emails straight and business his sucking all his time....

At what point should this site pull his banner and supporting vendor status???

If we don't we are still condoning such actions and endorsing him as a viable vender. Which is obviously not the case.

I don't think there is any "We" involved in this...some sponsors just suck.

Decisions are up to the buyer...and people can complain about poor service here -- which is just what folks are doing.
