Who would you use in Houston to work on your Big Dog?

After seeing and hearing all of the problems the 05's had with TP boxes, I'm going for a complete overhaul. Got the S&S Box kit with rockers from John Sacks and we discussed having him do my jugs and heads but I'm really pressed for time. My next question is who in the Houston area can be trusted to perform this type of work PLUS a 10,000 checkup.

I'm a shade tree mechanic at best and know my limits so I prefer to reach in the pocket for this one to get it right.
