Hi, I am a little slow. Can someone post clear photos of 1) Primary Draing Plug 2) Transmission Drain plugs for 2006 K9.

I appreciate it. I have been looking everywhere but I cant seem to find a clear picture or a clear explanation of which are they. There are so many fucking bolts that I cant tell which one is which.

thanks.

don't have pictures, but maybe i can tell you where they are.

primary, run you fingers on the bottom of the primary from front to back. when you are approaching the rear, you will feel the allen plug on the front half of the case.

transmission, a little harder to find. on the opposite side from the primary, tucked up inside the frame rail, behind the oil lines just below and in front of the clutch pushrod housing, you will find the allen plug. it is on a 45* angle and is very easy to strip. this is actually the worst place to have put this stupid thing (i think somebody put it there as a joke and they're still laughing) be careful putting it back in too, it is easy to cross-thread.

damn, i wish i had that much room around my trans drain plug. oil lines completely block getting an allen wrench into the plug straight into it and they don't move easily. thanks for the pics, Alan.

Thats Gasman's bike in the pic......mine is like yours Tom, a bear to get too. I had to cut down a allen wrench to get to the transmission plug. Looks like Gasman rerouted his oil lines.
