Hello,

My friend has a 04 chopper. The previous owner had a company install an alarm, but he found it was too sensitive so he had "someone" disable it. My friend had those lizard lights installed during a Daytona event, everything was fine until he had to buy a new battery and when he hooked up all the wires to the terminals, the alarm box now chirps when either brake is applied. He can hear the chirp inside the battery area under the covers. He doesnt want to venture too far outside of his knowledge zone and create more problems. The unit does not use the horn, it works fine. He already did the "reattach each wire and test the brakes" theory. He has only the required wires hooked up to keep everything running. From the picture, can anyone tell us which one is the alarm brain?

Pete, I don't see anything that looks like an alarm. Perhaps its mounted lower?? Under the battery box maybe??

Here is a picture of a Scorpio alarm on my 06 K9 - it is the little rectangular black box with the round, blue adjustment screw located on top of the battery box where it bolts into the frame. If memory serves, there is also a small cube kill switch module that is located under the battery box - sorry, no pic of that
