Did some searching on here and it seems that the Condor Chopper Chock is the way to go... correct?

I've got a trailer being built and want a solid way to haul it around. Granted since it's a V-Nose and I could just put the tire into the corner, the trailer will also be the home for my '66. So if need be, I can load the truck in further and put the bike in behind it for easy access.

Condor is a good chock but their stocking requirements made it to difficult for us to getting anything going with them to be able to help anyone out with forum pricing.

I haven't had time to put together a GB on these yet, but check out Titan Wheel Chocks. I personally feel, that with the cradle that cambers closed, that this is a better design.

We will be doing some very soon with these. :2thumbs:

By their site, it looks like the Custom Profile Chock would be ideal... but it doesn't have any specs on it. Their other chock states it also only goes up to a 22" wheel... does this one as well? If so... would a 23" wheel really make any difference?

They also don't state anything about price... if you currently deal with them, can you get back with me on how much they run?

23's are not a problem.

We are set up as a dealer and I will work on this for you. I am pretty sure list price on the Custom Profile Chock is around $259. I will see what kind of help I can offer.

They make a low profile cradle for customs to address this issue. That was a concern o mine when I first started looking at these.

Here is an important question. Will it hit the rear part of the front fender of K-9, Ridgeback, etc?
To answer your question....YES it will hit the bottom of your fender on the K=9.
I have 2 in my trailer for our K-9's....and they both hit...and will scratch , no mater what setting they are on. It's pretty easy to cut them by about 3 inches...grind down smooth ...then paint....problem solved!
When I was shopping for a chock system....Condor was definitely the number 1 choice. Lots of luck..

I ended up getting the harbor freight one. I flipped the cradle over and it clears my AIH Texas Chopper fender.

I caught them on sale. I think I paid $60 landed cost.

When standing upright the lowest portion of the rear of my front fender on my K9 is 4" from the floor, so it's a legitimate question.
Better safe ..than sorry:eek:!

I think he was asking about the Titan Chock. Do you have the Titan or the Condor? Just trying to make sure we are all on the same page.

We tried, just couldn't get the numbers where they needed to be to make it happen with the Condor. I agree that the Condor is an excellant choice of chock, just throwing out there that the Titan is an excellant substitute.

Just trying to offer options.

Bit curious if he's talking about the Condor or Titan as well. To me (in the pictures) it looked like the Titan sat lower.

I have the Condor Chock as well, I also have the "chopper kit" that Condor sells, it's made so that the fender doesn't hit the chock brace. I purchased mine last year and I have had zero issues with the Condor. It's very sturdy.

So did I accidentally put a thumbs down on my post, or are people helping me out here?
