Try these...they're awesome and MUCH easier on clean-up than White Diamond or Wizards...IMO, and I've tried 'em all!

I wish I had more money.
After 30 years of polishing trophy winning bikes, I can say I've tried my fair share. I just wish I had all the money back I've spent on polishes over the years..I could buy another bike and pay cash for it!

this topic has been discussed at nausium. You are going to get all kinds of recommendations based on preferences and stuff.
Multiple threads on this issue (no offense to you RB) all over the place and I myself have tried several. Mothers, Bomb, meguiars, the tool box stuff from Lowes, and several others picked up from shows here and there.
Never really found one that was better over another IMO. Not one was easier to remove over the other, none shined better than the other, etc...
The only one I've heard that is pretty good is that zoop seal stuff that Gas seems to like alot but it seemed like a significant amount of work and time investment in going that route.
I would ride to pep boys or the store of your choice and just try one like mothers or meguiars. They're not too expensive and have given me pretty good results. If you like it, stick with it. Don't fall into the trap of 'this one might be better..' and save your money just keep using it.

Before every event in Daytona I remove and wet sand my rims. But during the regular polishing, I use a metal polish I get from 75Chrome truck stop just south of Ocala. I dont recall the name and its too damn cold to go way out to the garage (I live out in the country) and look. But its about $20 a quart, and doesnt take much to bring out a gorgeous shine.
As for the frame, I use regular ol' Polishing Compound from Wallyworld.
