Whats up with BDM parts performance????

I placed an order of an 06 K9 Service manual since they were on sale for 99 dollars with BDM parts performance. Sent a Paypal payment as well. few days later not one single email of any kind from them stating that they received my order or my payment. :( I had to call them today to confirm it because tomorrow is the last day of the sale and was afraid they didnt get anything from me. They did, just didnt take the time to let me know that. Wow! really??:confused: I placed an order for a blue Dakota digital with Valuetech on that group buy that same day and Whooo....Love them for their lightning speed and very respectful customer service (even made two payment for one as a mistake and he emails me instantly to let me know) its on its way!! :whoop::2thumbs::cheers: I understand about BDM had shut down a while back and the parts performance made an online store and understand that it takes time to get the ball rolling but Customer Service should have been like Valuetech, or Miller's (did my wireplus and maintence work, awesome guy and awesome service), im just venting here and i know quite of few of you guys had problems with BDM in the past. They just need to get improve ALOT more in customer service, thats all. (talked to a guy at bdm, didnt give me a name just the usual asking for you last name to find your order and making those very monotone lip smacking uhhhhh....yeeaahhh we have you on the computer...kind of talk. ) :job:

I know for me coming from NY where I lived all my life, customer service is something that I always expected and got. I moved to Vegas in 2005 and found out right away that west of the Mississippi customer service is a contradiction in terms.
There just doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency in taking care of the customer even in a reasonable amount of time.
I've found this with almost everything out here is you'll get it when you get it!!!
The east coast mentality of doing business is much different.
I owned and operated my own business's for over 30 years, and know I would not have lasted a year if I ran mine like the people out here do.:bang::bang:

Don't get me started........
Yeah I heard that. BDM parts and Adrian are rapidly moving up on my shit list. I back ordered a damn over priced luggage rack back in early December and for 2 months I keep getting the same BS about it will only be two more weeks until they are in. Well now I finally pinned them down today to find out if it will be here before Daytona (which is the main reason I am buying the damn thing) and finally someone there, other than Adrian was willing to make a call and find out for sure when they will be in. Guess what......not in time for Daytona. Thanks for nothing BDM, now with just a couple weeks to go I need to fabricate something to hold a large sissy bar bag off of my fender. I HATE BEING LIED TO BY CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE.

if there is a way I could go up there and take over the business, I definitively would, seriously!!! first overhaul would be the customer service, making it the main reason why BDM parts performance has been so good. I would make it to the point where the customers would actually just call BDM under my management just to hear positive words from us just to make their day. Aint Kidding at all. Treat people the way you want to be treated. BDM will go far and completely settled in financially well if all they would just be a bit more helpful. Noticed that a guy from Fury dealership offer a guy to hold his bike in their place all nice and warm and heck even a detailing job to go with it while the guy gets back on his feet. NOW that is the kind of Customer service should be....anywhere.
