What's it worth?

I'm thinking of upgrading to a '10 K9. I currently have a 2007 Bulldog with roughly 5200 miles on it. I am going to list it but thought I'd poll you all to see what you think market value is. There's a big variance out there right now.

Not to get to far in the weeds, what do you guys think market value of an '07 Bulldog is?

I would say about 14 K would be a good asking price. You could list it for 15 and let them think they're talking you down from there, but 14 is the lowest I would go! That's about the going rate for this economy sorry to say. How much are they asking for the 2010 K-9?

I would say start at 16000 and go from there. At 14 it would sell quick, but in my opinion you should be able to get the 16 with a bit of patience. It's such a shame that these beautiful machines have taken such a hit. Like I've said before, I would like one of each model.

Unfortunately your going to be lucky to get 14,000 for it. In this market bikes just aren't selling and if you try to trade it in watch out. I have an 07 Mastiff and I was offered 11,500 on trade in... Needless to say I still have that bike as I won't give it away.

From what I've seen (and heard), 14-15K is all I can expect for it. Good news is I paid less than 20 for it 2 years ago so its not a big hit at all.

I have 2 things going for me - I dont HAVE to sell it (cuz its badass and paid for) AND if I do sell it for 14K I'll be smiling all day long riding one that's 3 years newer with a whole different look and feel. I win either way - but sure would be nice not to take it in the shorts!
