What's fair $$$ on a new 08 K9?

The dealership wants $28,775.00 for a new 08 K9 with chrome wheels, forward controls, and a few other chrome items. It's solid black. Anyone know what a fair offer is? Anyone know what the mark up is on these. They've got to be hurtin a bit with the 09's coming soon. I'm thinking fair is in the area of $26,500 to $27,500?

All considered I think that is HIGH...

Not knowing carb or EFI and exact details my rule of thumb is......Push for approx 33% off list (MSRP)
